Team Bacos continued to dominate this week, going 3-0 against team Volleylamas!!

Spring!

Tonight Nick and I headed over to Dave's for some grilled burgers and firepit time. We played bocce until the food was ready, then sat around and talked for a couple of hours with Dave, Jeff and Ed. It was so nice and peaceful - the dark sky, the fire popping, no mosquitos yet! A perfect Minnesota night.

DMV Update

We both got our licenses today! That's more synchronized than the passports were!

Leave the Poor Man Alone

The media is never happy.

When Favre was still playing, they only talked about him retiring.

Now that he's retired, it's all about whether or not he'll come back.

Sheesh.

Bigger question: if they retire his number and then he comes back later, would he be allowed to wear it?

Amazing DMV

Nick and I stopped in at the DMV today to renew our driver's licenses. Since we both officially moved to Minnesota in the same year, they expire in the same year, which is nice. We were amazed that we were able to walk in, go right up to the counter, and get it done. We both did a vision test and got our picture taken and we were back outside again in about 15 minutes. Yay! I was expecting it to take 45 minutes at least. Now if we can only get the actual licenses in a decent amount of time we'll be all set.
