Happy Birthday Dave

Tonight we celebrated Dave's birthday, a special event because he is normally in Michigan when it occurs. We went out to eat at Granite City with him and Seth then came back for a game of Settlers, something we haven't played in a long, long time. It was a very evenly matched game, with everyone sitting around 7 for quite some time. Seth and I were both helped by the "thief war" between Nick and Dave to try and push each other out of the game. Seth pulled ahead to 9, but I got to 11 on my next turn and was stuck with 2 clay, a wood, and a wheat. No one would trade me for a sheep so I had to wait until the next turn to claim victory! :)
