American Idol in Minneapolis?

Big dud. I expected better!! I also think the format of the audition shows is getting a little too out of control. It's a lot better when they show more singing and a whole lot less of the back stage theatrics. And as long as I'm complaining, bring back the judge fights!! All this agreeing on the people is old after only one night. I want deadlock!!

I agree! All the judges either want one way or the other. And with those singers Nick would be in Hollywood already!

Honestly, I don't think any of the MN people they showed will make it to the final round.

Oh, and I didn't recognize anyone on the show, but the "cowboy" was Marsha's lab partner in college - what fun!

Yeah, he was really bad. I can't believe the Jewel was like "are you serious?" And he was like "Yes."

Poor Jewel was always saying "your soo mean" to all the other judges.

Where else are you going to see Apollo Creed singing Italian arias though (he wasn't too bad, actually, but not cut out for the show)

I can't believe I'm commenting on American Idol. :P

I didn't see Minneapolis but we watched the Seattle show. The brother and sister were really cute. One of Dan's co-workers was in a car accident Wed morning and needed a ride home at night. Her daughter wouldn't pick her up until after 9:00 because she was watching Amer Idol. So Dan gave her a ride home. Amer Idol rules!
