In other news, Nick has been working like crazy on the bathroom. The picture below shows three of the things he's done recently: installed a new outlet (guests will be able to find it now!), the new sink, and the chair rail above the wainscoting:

He's also done most of the plumbing, some work on the mini-wall I showed before, and worked on replacing the window. It's coming along nicely - hopefully we'll have phase one done before Memorial Day :)
